Burgess Group PLC (trading as Burgess Pet Care) with the registered address at Victory Mill, Priestmans Lane, Thornton-le- Dale, Pickering, North Yorkshire, Y018 7RU are the “Promoter”.

By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any company affiliated with the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the promotion.

Proof of identity and age may be required.

The goody bags are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and retract for not entering the spirit of the promotion.

In the event of the goody bags being unavailable, no alternatives will be provided.

The entrants agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Burgess Pet Care relating to any publicity around the promotion.

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
