Terms and conditions for video submissions.

Burgess Group PLC (trading as Burgess Pet Care) with the registered address at Victory Mill, Priestmans Lane, Thornton-le- Dale, Pickering, North Yorkshire, Y018 7RU are the “Promoter”.

By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The rabbit video casting call recruitment is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any company affiliated with the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.

Proof of identity and age may be required.

Use of a false name or address will result in a prize void.

The rewards are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and retract for not entering the spirit of the casting call.

In the event of a reward being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The successful candidate agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Burgess Pet Care relating to the video production.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the successful casting call candidate. If the successful candidate cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the candidates place to the next eligible entrant selected by the promoter.

Failure to respond to and/or meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The provider of the successful candidates’ rewards is specified within the promotional material.

In the event that no submissions are deemed to be fit for the casting call, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the casting call.

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
