London Vet Show 2025 Competition terms and conditions
Burgess Group PLC (trading as Burgess Pet Care) with the registered address at Victory Mill, Priestmans Lane, Thornton-le- Dale, Pickering, North Yorkshire, Y018 7RU are the “Promoter”.
By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any company affiliated with the Promoter, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
Entries must be made by completing the entry form and returning it to a member of staff on the Burgess Pet Care stand at London Vet Show 20th & 21st November 2025 or via the competition form on the website.
One winner will be drawn at random from the entries received over the whole event by 1st December by an independent person. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 14 days.
Proof of identity and age may be required.
Use of a false name or address will result in a prize void.
The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The ‘Burgess Excel London Vet Show Competition’ winner will receive an Apple Watch SE 3rd generation.
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and retract for not entering the spirit of the competition.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winners agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Burgess Pet Care relating to any post-winning publicity.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material.
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
