Pet Influencer Gifted Collaboration Terms & Conditions

By participating in our gifted collaboration, you (the “Influencer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

The Influencer must be an active pet influencer with a public profile on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

The Influencer must have a genuine pet audience and regularly post pet-related content.

2. Collaboration Agreement

The collaboration involves gifting pet food products to the Influencer in exchange for social media content.

No payment or monetary compensation will be provided, only the gifted product.

3. Content Requirements

The Influencer agrees to create and provide content featuring the gifted products within 14 days of receiving the product.

Content should include:

High-quality photos or videos showcasing the pet with the gifted product.

Tagging and mentioning Burgess Pet Care or Burgess Excel in each post.

Use of specified hashtags: [#YourBrandHashtag, #Sponsored, #Ad].

Posts must be compliant with the platform's advertising and sponsorship guidelines, including clear disclosure that the product was gifted.

4. Rights and Usage

The Influencer grants Burgess Pet Care the rights to repost, share, and use the content created in relation to the gifted product across all digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.

The Influencer agrees that the content will remain available on their social media platforms for a minimum of 12 months.

5. Product Delivery

Products will be shipped free of charge to the Influencer.

Burgess Pet Care is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by shipping.

6. Compliance

The Influencer must ensure that all content complies with the relevant laws, including but not limited to advertising regulations and the platform’s terms of service.

Any inappropriate or misleading content may lead to termination of the collaboration agreement.

7. Termination

Burgess Pet Care reserves the right to terminate the collaboration at any time if the Influencer fails to meet the terms of this agreement or engages in any conduct that could harm the reputation of the brand.

8. No Guarantee of Future Collaborations

Participation in this collaboration does not guarantee future partnerships or collaborations with Burgess Excel or Burgess Pet Care
